We have top level high accuracy machining and inspection equipment: 3 sets of Switzerland Bruderder high speed punch machine, 8 sets of Japanese Aida high speed punch machine, 5 sets of Chin Fong high speed punch machine, and also more than 10 sets of other brand high speed punch machine. It can meet the production of 200,000 sets of battery top cover and 100,000 sets of aluminum shells per day. We also have 16 sets of Korean U-jin friction welding machine, American Fluke high-end thermometer, Omron CCD imaging system, and entire monitoring of product forming status. Besides, we have 8 sets of American IPG laser welding host and 22 sets of Japanese laser welding machine for our automatic multi-station work table.
